The PHÈYGA Scholarship celebrates the achievements, resilience, leadership, and impact of one outstanding Houston-area high school senior by awarding a custom-designed, handcrafted prom gown experience.
 

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for The PHÈYGA Scholarship, applicants must:

☐ Be a current high school senior graduating in 2027
☐ Reside in Houston, Texas
☐ Be actively involved in a school sport, organization, or extracurricular activity
☐ Follow @bypheyga on Instagram
 

Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements to be considered.
 

Selection Process

All applications will be reviewed by The PHÈYGA Scholarship Committee.

Applicants will be evaluated based on:

• Leadership

• Character

• Community involvement

• Personal achievements

• School involvement

• Overall impact within their school and community
   

Meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee selection.
 

All final scholarship decisions made by The PHÈYGA Scholarship Committee are final.
 

Application Accuracy & Integrity

Applicants certify that all information submitted is truthful, accurate, and complete.

Any intentional inaccuracies, false information, or misrepresentation may result in immediate disqualification.
 

Scholarship Award

The selected recipient will receive a PHÈYGA custom prom gown experience, including:

✨ One custom-designed PHÈYGA prom gown
✨ Personalized design consultation
✨ Professional fitting sessions
✨ Full gown construction and finishing
✨ Additional PHÈYGA experience details

The scholarship award is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.
 

Design & Production Policy

The PHÈYGA gown creation process is a collaborative experience between the recipient and PHÈYGA.
 

PHÈYGA values the recipient’s personal style and vision; however, PHÈYGA maintains final creative discretion regarding:

• Design direction

• Materials

• Construction details

• Production feasibility

• Final gown execution
   

The final product will reflect PHÈYGA’s creative standards and craftsmanship.
 

Communication & Required Appointments

PHÈYGA will communicate with applicants using the contact information provided.

The selected recipient is expected to attend all required:

• Design consultations

• Fittings

• Meetings

• Scheduled PHÈYGA appointments

Applicants and/or their parent/guardian are responsible for arranging transportation to and from all required appointments.

Failure to respond, attend required meetings, or complete required steps may result in forfeiture of the scholarship opportunity.
 

Media & Promotional Consent

By participating in The PHÈYGA Scholarship, applicants understand that PHÈYGA may request permission to document and share their scholarship experience.

This may include:

• Name

• Photos

• Videos

• Scholarship journey/story

• Gown creation process

Content may be used for PHÈYGA marketing, promotional materials, social media, and community storytelling purposes.
 

Privacy Policy

Applicant information will only be collected and used for:

• Scholarship evaluation

• Applicant communication

• Administrative purposes

PHÈYGA does not sell, distribute, or share applicant information with outside parties.
 

Parent/Guardian Consent

(Required for Applicants Under 18)

If the applicant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and approve this application.

By providing consent, the parent/guardian acknowledges:

☐ Permission for the applicant to participate in The PHÈYGA Scholarship process

☐ Understanding of scholarship requirements, expectations, and policies

☐ Responsibility for transportation to all required PHÈYGA meetings, consultations, and fittings

☐ Agreement to the media and promotional consent requirements
 

Applicant Certification

By submitting this application, I certify that:

☐ All information provided in my application is accurate and complete.

☐ I am a Houston-area high school senior graduating in 2027 and meet all eligibility requirements.

☐ I understand that if selected, PHÈYGA may use my name, photos, videos, and scholarship story for promotional and community storytelling purposes.

☐ I understand that I am responsible for transportation to all required PHÈYGA appointments, fittings, and consultations.

☐ I understand that missed appointments, failure to communicate, or failure to complete required steps may result in losing the scholarship opportunity.

☐ I understand that PHÈYGA maintains final creative discretion regarding the design and execution of the gown.
